Service Print Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy of any information given to us in order to process your order. Your privacy will be respected at all times.

Any personal information held or processed will be kept up to date and will be destroyed as soon as the reason for its collection or processing is no longer required. No personal data about the customer will ever be sold or given to any third party, except to offer you the ability to purchase from us and is necessary to process credit or debit card payments, raise invoices, to print from our third party print suppliers when required to complete your job and to fulfil delivery of your products.

We may collect personal information about you (or your business) when you request our products and services from:

Why we collect
When an order is placed, we may need to collect your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and IP address. This information allows us to process your agreement to purchase the products, raise an invoice, security for fraud protection and to deliver the products to you either from external couriers or directly from our third party print suppliers. Your e-mail address will be used to allow us to send you status notification of your order and we will contact you by e-mail or telephone if any problems occur regarding to your artwork or delivery of the products to you.
We use all the personal data found above in the section “What we collect” except artwork and IP address for legal duty to raise invoices for accounting purposes which we create on WooCommerce and a third party service. We do not sell or give your personal data to advertisers, we will only share your personal data in full or in part to fulfil our contract and legal duty. These data may consist your Name or Company Name, Artwork and Delivery Address to our third party couriers, printers, online accounting software in order to complete your order, delivery and invoice. No payment details will ever go to any of our third party printers.
We use Google reCAPTCHA which collects IP address and other non personal information to secure our website from spam bots which could potentially exploit any unknown security flaws. It is under your legitimate interest that we use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce any security risk to allow you to have a safer experience on our website. Security, Transfer of data & Storage

When you use our website, data transmitted is encrypted using an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection provided by Commodore. Our website URL and any third party URL on our website uses HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure), this appears in the URL when a website is secured by an SSL certificate and is recommended when using any site which provides a purchasable service or communication.
E-mail & Security:
- We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
- We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
Our emails are powered by our Hosting services which is based in the USA. All emails are then synchronised to be archived on to our local machines in London (UK) and in an encrypted directory.
We will never send marketing email unless you sign up for it by consent, though under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) lawful basis of legitimate interest we may send direct emails in certain situations. A legitimate interest is when we have a business or commercial reason to use your information. But even then, it must not unfairly go against what is right and best for you. Our legitimate interest is to update our records, fulfil our legal and contractual duties such as to collect and recover money that is owed to us.
All our system and server comes with antivirus and protected with firewalls to prevent non authorised access from external applications. We always try to keep our system and server secure with regular checks and antivirus scans. Unfortunately, the sending of any information via the internet is never 100% totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically and therefore sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
We have 24 hour security at our shared facility with a motion sensor camera to record any intrusion and a built in motion sensor intrusion alarm which contacts a member at Service Print and the police.
Payments
All payments are processed by Tyl by Natwest. When you make a payment, you are providing your payment details to the relevant third-party payment processor, and not to us. We do not receive and therefore do not store any of your payment details when you make an online payment. Tyl by Natwest processes your payment details for the purpose of processing your online payment for our products and services. By making an offer to purchase Products you consent to the information you provide to us being processed for any of the above purposes under the lawful basis of a contract to complete your order.
Use of children’s data
At Service Print Ltd, we do not collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 18. We strictly deal with business, individuals and students above the age of 18 who is capable and has the responsibilities of making decisions on their own and we do not offer any of our products or services directly to children under the age of 18. If by chance we are made aware of any data gathered regarding to an individual below the age of 18, we will destroy such data immediately.
Sending data outside of the EEA
Service Print will never transfer data outside the EEA (European Economic Area) unless required by our third party processors which may store outside of the EEA such as Hostgator (Our website hosting supplier) or payment suppliers and couriers in order to fulfil your instructions or legal duty of our contract.
In the case data is sent outside of the EEA, we will make sure the supplier protects it by either:
- Contract with the supplier to provide the same standards as the EEA.
- Operating with a privacy laws that give the same protection as the EEA.
- Being an organisation which is Privacy Shield certified that sets the privacy standard of data being sent between the USA and EU.
How long we keep your personal information
We may hold your personal data indefinitely if it is used for legal reasons but if not, we may store your personal information for 5 years or less depending on the information in order to refer back to, to respond to your questions or complaints, evidence to show we have treated you fairly and accordingly to procedures and to maintain records.

Our website may also include URLS to social media websites which are provided by third-party social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or TrustPilot. Where data is collected this way, its processing is governed by the privacy policy of the respective social media platforms.
Our content may link to third party websites to provide relevant references. We are not responsible for such external content, which may contain separate privacy policies and data processing disclosures.
